Guardian is streaming the new Ariel Pink. Gotta be honest and 'fess up, its registering a big 'meh' for me. Before Today was too brilliant - sort of lik the update of Love's Forever Changes, a meth soaked vision of Los Angeles You had pure excitement if you had followed Ariel Pink previous 'what will this sound like?' and it introduced him to a large audience. Shit changed up but this? It's ok. Just ok

Avey Tare's Animal Collective Mix

Avey Tare dropped the new Animal Collective, some side projects with an ex Dirty Projector cult member, and actually took some time out fro Attention Whoring to drop a decent DJ set of tunes all of which can be found right here. Kinda wish I could take away the 'attention whore' remark, cuz it looks like Animal Collective are ready to kick it in the mall parking lot above.
